At Lyne Objects, we hope you love every piece you receive. If you change your mind, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
Please note:
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on:
- Earrings
- Clip-on earrings
- Hair accessories
- Gift cards
- Sale items
Shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@lyneobjects.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law, including a replacement, refund, or repair where applicable.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if an item is faulty, not as described, not of acceptable quality, or not fit for purpose.
